i lost the contact no of my old varsity mate when my old smartphone went kaput.so this morning i was so happy to bump into her exercising in the park with her hubby.she loved to travel like me and i recalled how we played truant during a one week break for annual exam study leave,caught the bus and went to the seaside in Kuantan coz we missed the sun,sand and surf.who should we bumped into while beach combing but the dean of our faculty who queried what we were doing during study leave.destress was our quick reply.crazy impulsive days.
now she is a grandma and mother of 3.how fast time flies.sad zumba was cancel due to light rain but i did my usual workout.gonna organize a quick meal together with her and old varsity mates before year end.next week is winter solstice and eating glutinuous rice balls.winter solstice herald coming of chinese new year so i gonna cook up a storm.food brings love and peace to the table.really need to keep up with exercises.
