in heavy rain n floods,the trails ate closed due to fallen trees n slippery mud.but i love the bright sunny day today,basking in warm sunshine after 3 days of non stop rain n cold.got to sunbathe n breathe negative ions invigorates.today is winter solstice.family is fussy eater.jun wanna eat thai garlic lime steamed barramundi n sister wanna eat lemon sauce fish.i cook both to make the family happy.cook a east west fusion, baby abalone in truffle sauce,scallops seared in butter n garlic,thai lime garlic fish,lemon sauce fish,kale cooked in rice wine and duck liver sausage n a cream of sweet corn soup with chicken cube n shrimps.dessert is tong yuen made like deconstruct ondeh ondeh pandan flavour rice balls with shredded coconut palm sugar filling in a soup of coconut milk .sister is making hers with monk fruit syrup n red dates.i love fusion of east west food and cant find it in restaurants anywhere.its a tough job cooking for family
