This Malaysian did our nation proud as an athlete who imparted the Malaysian boleh spirit of sportsmanship.Not only did his discipline and drive got him far in life but he was mentor for younger generation in both sports arena and in his post in medical research.i first heard of him when my ex neighbour Shireen Wong sang praises of him mentoring young medical researchers to excel in the field of pathology and tropical diseases.A towering Malaysian who led the orang muda to put their best foot forward.
Also worth remembering with deepest sympathy to the late premier Li Ke Qiang who has done his duty to the economic development of his nation.Its sad that after working so hard,he didnt get a chance to enjoy his retirement and spend time with family and friends.Rest in peace for his people are thankful for his dedication to his job .
