Increased my intake of vegetarian meal n fruits helped to reduce inflammation n pain of arthritic joints.i make salad or mock soya meat.the macaroni with tomato,sweet corn peas n mock ham
Dinner is korean japchae or sweet potato glass noodle with mock beef or chat tai which is spiced rolled soya sheets with carrot,shitake mushroom,cucumber,enoki mushroom n red bell pepper in soya sauce n sesame seeds.
Tomorrow i plan mock fish slices in thai sweet chlli sauce ,mango shreds,torch ginger n kefic lime n lime juice.then i will cook salted egg scrambled with bitter gourd slices n goji berry.
With recipes on youtube i expand my cooking skills n add variety without cracking my brain on what to cook.
