today i cooked the classic Cantonese New Year dishes.its waxed meat rice or Lap Mei Fan rice cooked with w
axed duck leg,duck liver sausages n pork sausages lap cheong.its so fragrant n appetising.for dinner we ate the rice with juns favourite sweet and sour chicken bites and stir fried bok choy with oyster sauce i prefer home cooked food as i adjust oil,sugar n salt to my taste.
