I'm suffering from tenderness n soreness in my right wrist due to repetitive strain injury.being doing 200 reps with pull downs n rowing workout machines,followed by swimming breast stroke in the evening and kneading bread at nite.today my wrist is sore when I do stretch at the park as warming up before zumba.wrists feel weak when I carry heavy grocery bags.i can't do my yoga because it needs strong wrists so I'm looking at how to recover from carpel tunnel syndrome.maybe reduce texting n kneading bread.hope I don't get trigger fingers or frozen shoulder next.must learn to pace my body as it's slowing down in nerve n tendon.must check up YouTube on how to adjust my workouts to prevent sprain n injury.
