dinner i cooked a mix of sino indic food.i cooked shahi paneer with cottage cheese cubes,garpanzo beans in a rich creamy yoghurt n tomato puree base with onions,spices,almond milk.i learnt this from a former sikh colleague.then i did stir fried french beans with hard taufu in black bean sauce,szechuan spicy preserved vegetable n red chilli.then i took plant based mock luncheon meat made of beans panfried with eggs.dessert is fresh mango.jun says he likes vegetarian food.need to experiment with new recipes like sayur lodeh or deep fried vegetable in tempura flour.
