New cake recipe
As a foodie and one who loves to cook,im so so happy when friends and family enjoy and appreciate my labour of love.sure cooking is no piece of cake,its hot n demanding but the look of satisfaction on the face of a person who enjoys my cooking really makes my day.
since ive learned to bake,ive experimented with healthy cake recipes that even heart and diabetic patients can eat without guilt.i use non gluten flour like rye or oat or almond flour,non sugar sweetener like stevia,omega free range eggs,corn or sunflower oil,almond or rose extract,natural colouring n low fat yoghurt or almond milk.so with the newly learned skill,i can have my cake and eat it too.
tried french cherry clafoutis,italian mille feuille,spanish basque burnt cheesecake,peach cheesecake,pineapple upside down cake,carrot cake and french yoghurt cake.i can bake for friends and family birthdays so my elderly relative wont need to check calorie and sugar content.juns muslim friends love the pineapple upside down cake i baked for hari raya feast and end of this month i will bake a mango yohurt cake with fresh mango,strawberry n lowfat greek yoghurt when my zumba gang celebrate birthday of my zumba teacher at end of the month.just went to bake with yen bakery supply shop to stock up on pie filling.due to covid,the supplier out of stock of short crust pastry or greek fillo pastry which are imported.i hate disruption in supply chain worldwide
