Poor planning between govt and private enterprises

clearly lack of contingency planning as the Atm machines ran out of cash n the petrol pumps ran out of gas.i drove to shell station near my house and all the pumps are out of stock. if im right i forsee we will run out of cooking oil soon and our water supply cut due to drought.how does the government plan for serious flash flood or disruption of water.mismanagement is worsening.hope we dont end up like Sri Lamka soon.my tour guide in sri lanka relocated his whole family to Maldives.time my son migrate to thailand or singapore.no future staying in a badly run country with corruption and incompetent officials
