my cultural roots in southeast Asia is reflected in the SinoIndic home decorations n the interior furnishing of south eadt asian origin.the Malaysia batik wau,the chinese red couplet,the wayang kulit of indonesia,the myanmar thai bronze naga dragon boat,the japanese buddhist inscription of suttas on the stone lantern,the ornate bali wood carvings,the elephant apsara motif in cushion,fabric from cambodia n laos,the carved gilded sino side cabinet,the nyonya tiffin carrier,and the indic bronze teapot n lotus cups all reflect my pride in my Asian heritage. i wont feel ornate italian rococo furniture or french chinoserie or british chintz dont teflect my Asian roots.to thine own self be true
