Upper body workout

doing exercises to build upper body strength.bulging biceps soon i hope what are those colourful round stickers on the full length mirror.they are reminder to me if you keep on going,you will get there one day.from day one when i fractured my knee and was in the wheelchair,i got a sticker each time i went to exercise at the physiotherapist in hospital to get clearance for covid temp check in.so its a step by step record of my journey from a wheelchair to the fit new body ive worked out like mad for.take it step by step and youll get there.you cant build up your body overnight so the motto is no pain,no gain.
