cooked a lot of nyonya food for friends lunch.from kerabu chicken bok nee with lime juice and the other with thick coconut milk,vegetable pickle acar ,assam shrimp curry with pineapple n keffir lime leaves,three pieces steam fish mousse or otak and a Malay nyonya kuih n pumpkin tarts for dessert.i used blue butterfly pea flower to cook blue rice with shredded betel leaves or daun kaduk and roasted coconut flakes or kerisik
