had korean cuisine at soponggo in starling mall.the motto on the wall really reflect a mothers love of good cooking.i ordered the chewy rice cake toppoki cooked in spicy gochujang sauce which was hotter than sichuan mala.jun had a fried rice.i feel korean movies like the jewel in the palace popularized korean cuisine coz the korean fried chicken was all sold out especially the ones i like with cheese.i see Malay and Chinese diners enjoying korean food like mandu and bingsu.so K pop really hike up interest in all things korean from skincare to food to cuckoo water filters.
