Dinner at restaurant Dragon i.





 Had a great Chinese meal of Huayang cuisine at Dragon i with XO sauce fried rice,smoked fish in jasmine leaves,and mixed seafood in sizzling hot plate n siew long bao or soup dumplings.saw the cut out of ageless Hong Kong singer cum actress Liza Wang or Big sister.Liza Wang teaches how to make a mouthwatering recipe for radish,turnip cake that i love garnished with shitake mushrooms,dried prawns and chinese sausages.Then she panfried them to eat with  XO sauce.Wow Im gonna  try that  recipe.And I saw a fusion Japanese recipe that makes chicken liver pate ,a French delicacy and stir fried with mixed mushrooms of shumeiji,matsuke,enoki,king oyster mushrooms in soy sauce and gingko nuts,walnuts and raisins soaked in rum.Yum yum a mix of east meets west and cheap source of iron and vitamins.luckily Jun is adventurous to try all my new recipes
