The M 40 is also affected by rising inflation.as a single parent household with an unemployed son,im hoping to get the govt special financial aid for next year .its tough juggling paying home mortgage,petrol bills,utility bills and medical bills as my health and dental care cost soars.i really budget on buying cooking oil in plastic bags,eggs in trays and frozen seafood.i even buy refills of shampoo,detergent n soap and food nearing expiry date is much lower.
Happy they are introducing unity package in telco services as my internet n phone bill can burn a hole in pocket.now wash my own car instead of send to car wash,stop hair cut n keep long hair to save hairdresser bill n do home skincare kit.wish i can learn own electrical n car repair n service air condition n plumbing as they cost so much.to get a locksmith to come home to open jammed door n replace a new lock cost me rm180.it really pays to know home repair n maintenance.
Im hoping i can afford to buy lunar new year waxed duck,sausages,dried oysters n mandarin oramges this year so with china covid restrictions lifted,the supply chain will be restored or give up eating lap mei fan or waxed meat rice in claypot,chicken braised with chinese chestnuts n shitake mushrooms and leek fried with waxed meat.sigh.
Dongzhi today i will cook up a storm with winter melon soup stuffed with ham,oyster,corn,carrotn chicken meat,steamed white cut chicken with ginger scallion sauce,pan fried shrimp in supetior soy sauce,steamed fish,fried spinach with tofu and a dessert of glutinious rice balls in pandan osmanthus soup.my elder sis favourite food
