Lunch i cooked shrimp rissoto,a salad of avocado,pink guava,pineapple n smoked salmon in kewpie mayo,orange juice and cute bunny pinapple tarts.
Dinner was no duck or turkey red meat,gtrilled barramundi fillet in butter n italian hetbs,sweet potato, salmon chowder soup,a salad and mango juice.dessert was sticky toffee pudding served warm.no fat to burn after pigging out
