I cooked a delicious Chinese meal .i cooked braised chicken in oyster sauce,a favourite soup of local spinach in supetior stock of chicken broth,clams,goji berry,red dates .i added yellow glutinous rice wine which is sweetish,old ginger slices n sesame oil.the soup was fragrant.then the salted preserved vegetable was cooked with cockles and was a dish my grandma loved.its sour,sweet crunchy preserved mustard green n soft cockles.happy meal.
