Tonite i craved old school Chinese food.icooked bittergourd stuffed with minced chicken,onion n goji berry and doused with oyster sauce.then i boiled chicken bones with watetcress,red dates n dried oyster .i did a scrambled egg tomato stir fry.it was nostalgic exactly like grandma po po cooking.she loved to steam pork ribs with black beans,mimced pork with salted fish and chicken with dried lily bulb n black fungus.i miss her cooking.
