Tonite i cooked pumpkin rice Chinese style.the indian recipe uses tumeric,pumpkin,garam masala,onions n coconut milk but its vegetarian the chinese rice uses pumpkin,chicken breast,shitake mushroom,leek and wax duck bones.the leftover wax duck bones from new year added a smoky,salty fragrance as does pungent leek with sweet pumpkin.i forgot the dried prawns.next time.
