Bloody climate change

Is Asean ready to face climate change and the ecological disasters it brings? Thailand faces haze hazard n flash floods,Malayia face flash floods,landslides and sinkholes ,indonesia face wildfires,haze,flooding,volcano eruptions n so do other Asean nations from earthquakes to tsunami to typhoons.What future strategy have they planned or will the people be caught unprepared like the flashflood in Valencia,Spain or the Shah Alam flood in Selangor Early morning the monsoon rain caused a flash flood near my condo.the small stream near the low lying traffic light turned into a raging river.Many cars broke down,drove up road dividers as visibility was bad and bad standstill traffic.Why cant a genius invent a portable toilet for those trapped an hour or more in a bad traffic jam.Mana boleh tahan ? The overbuilt environment is a sign of environmental disaster in the making.
