European patisserie

Ive fallen in love with European patisserie.today i tried a canele,crispy on outside n soft n buttery inside.im on cloud nine.ive tried making buckwheat crepe or galette filled with cream cheese,slice mushroom n smoked salmom but the crepe was too thick so i bought the chilled ready made galette.Its so Ftench like crepe suzette
with orange grand marnier liquer. i aslo bought the sea salt kouign amann ,like a French croissant with caramelised shell of sea salt.its heavenly and too good for words.I also love berliner,financier,baum cake,tiramisu and italian bread foccacia with sundried tomato n rosemary,ciabatta or brioche.i plan to make italian panini sandwich with chicken pepperoni n turkey salami..then there is basque burnt cheesecake,danish,tarte tartin,mille crepe,apple strudel and i will die a sweet death with these heavenly desserts.i love panna cotta,biscotti and gelato.maybe before Xmas have a coffee party with Austrian friend and students who studied in Europe.Some good cafe latte or mocha to go with pastries.yummy i saw some weird baked foccacia and ciabatta that are too pale and brioche chocolate chips .i think its time to learn to bake European bread n pastry.
