Italian cravings

Ive got the right recipe for Focaccia,thanks to wonderful youtubers for sharing the recipes.I love the smell of warm bread,a crunchy crust loaded with juicy tomatoes n chopped rosemary leaves.But the downside is RSI.i had trigger finger when i kneaded bread the last time i baked bread.its good for stress reflief to roll,knead,stretch,fold and punch the dough but this morning all the finger joints are stiff.i dipped them in warm and ice water to relieve stiffness. im gonna try this kid buddy olivers cookbook recipe using new baby potatoes n pesto n mozarella cheese topping and the bottom of bread is crunchy with bread crumbs. ive managed to nail the focaccia recipe and it gives me confidence to try baking Italian bread.thanks for the generous tips on baking from youtubers my culinary skill has improved.next week i bake focaccia for breakfast but the extra virgin olive oil Naturel from Spain is cheaper than Italian Bertolli.My food adventure will soon result in my much expanded waist line if i dont ramp up my exercise.time to walk up 24 floors in my condo to scale to greater heights.Thank you goddess Vest
a for making my wish come true.Jun is learning to speak Italian now n his Italian buddy here is helping him.maybe i will bake focaccia to thank him for firing Juns interest in Italian.goodness he is listening to Italian opera songs .just pray he doesnt start singing it as his raspy voice is a natural born killer to my sensitive ear drums which may rupture as he tries to hit the high notes like dragging a cow up a tree. with smoked salmon n dill n quiche lorraine.now im crazy for Italian cuisine from mini abalone in truffle sauce,truffle cheese sauce in pasta,truffle mayo,stuffed portobello mushroom,focaccia sandwich with salami n pepperoni chicken n sundried tomatos. for lunch its italian again arancini riceballs,rice with cheddar n parmesan cheese coated with breadcrumbs,a pan fried chicken chop in char siew sauce and worcestershire sauce n italian herbs,a salad of cherry tomato,blueberry n lettuce in truffle mayo. im reading up on italian meatballs or polpette for next adventure.
