mojo back after a week of bland food and bed rest.had kitty dozing on the sofa with me.After that i cooked a simple lunch.Clam chowder soup,panettone bread with cream cheeese n a salad.Jun will love the British cake i baked.Hes an ardent Tottenham hotspurs fan wearing their jersey during the live telecast of football at the mamak.He sent me this recipe of a tottenham cake,basically a vanilla sponge cake topped with pink sugar frosting.i cooked a simple chinese dinner of sing kong tofu and fried fish fillets. im glad my energy came back for welcoming 2025. jun loved the tottenham cake and its my way of thanking him for taking me to the clinic and taking over household chores while i was so sick.so we can have the cake and eat it too.
