Xmas Eve cum winter solstice feast

ive been eating simple lunches to balance the feast for Xmas n Dong Zhi.I ate truffle butter roll with raspberry ginger kombucha,sushi and iced lemon tea at Aeon delicatessen.For the feast i cooked wildmushroom soup of porcini n truffles with beet.starter i had rocket salad drizzled in olive oil,stuffed crab meat,fishcàke and a mimi abalone in truffle sauce.My sister loved it.For mains,i baked chicken roulade stuffed with breadcrumbs n cheese n mayo and smoked duck slices with potato croquettes,sweet potato balls and taro hash browns and a salad of mango,cucumber,cherry tomato n blueberries in roasted sesame dressing.dessert is tang yuan with crushed peanuts in ginger soup.we ate the panettone i baked n some cheese tarts. i felt bloated like a pig after a heavy meal.
