for lunch i has typical cantonese food of rice rolls in mushroom sauce n steamed shitake mushroom stuffed with minced chicken,chopped french bean,grated carrot n chopped big onions.i used cornflour as binder n decorated them w goji berry.made an abalone sauce for it.
dinner i used leftover brown rice to cook fried rice with chopped red pepper,french beans,shitake mushroom,fish ball,crab stick n smoked duck.put in chicken stock as seasoning.
in lockdown i become more creative with cooking meals.
