with so many new diet tools from intermittent fast,keto,atkins,vegan,i dont know which works.
cutting off red meat,i depend on chickenn seafood for protein.now price of chicken has gone up. at wet market,3 drumsticks cost rm 14.so now eat chicken twice a week.frozen seafood come from sabah is
cheaperthan fresh one caught locally.rm 20 for big bag of patin cost rm 20 n it last 2 weeks.shelled shrimp is only 24 per packet and use for 2 weeks.so eating frozen seafood nowadays.eat local vege n fruit if imported ones cost more due to rise in freight cost.
