Exercise

after online classes in the evening,i have no energy to cook elaborate dinner,just a simple white fish steamed with minced bean paste,ginger,garlic,onion ,chilli sauce n chopped tomato.garnish w coriander,spinach in oyster saucen baked beans.for lunch i bought a chicken mushroom pie,had pineapple,strawberry n glass of pomelo pineapple juice.l loved the aroma of lavender diffuser i bought from Daiso.it is so calming scent.after exercise in the evening,it boosts my mood a lot.
