i love nyonya food that is fusion of chinese n malay cuisine.i cooked nyonya shrimp with pineapple curry n acar or mixed vege pickle with sesame n roasted peanuts.i garnish curry with kefir lime leaves,birds eye chilli,cockles n fish ball to make a nyonya curry laksa.i use fresh thick rice vermicelli and the laksa waz delish.
