Balance in lifestyle
to eat delicious food,i workout for an hour in the morning
if i go to park before 7am,im afraid of being attacked by the fierce monkeys.in japan,the monkeys bite passersby.so after 8am i get my vitamin D and oxygen but suffer sunstroke by 9.30 as its blazing hot at 33celsius.i get sunburn n headaches so now im lobster red face n need usecsunblock n wear a hat.i hate carrying umbrella to exercise.
breakfast is malaysian nasi lemak or the best curry laksa in centrepoint coffee shop.the curry is fragrant n creamy with lots of garnishing like fried tofu skin.it only lacks cockle n brinjal as it can rival the famous madras lane curry laksa in petaling street.thats where my late parents go to eat after dates at Rex cinema.
for lunch its vegetarian noodles w curry vegetables at centrepoint coffee shop.i like the sweet sour mock pork n deep fried goose.so crispy.today i make penang rojak with korean pear,papaya,pineapple ncucumber,red dragon fruit n a glass of maruzen sugar free soy milk with ceylon black tea.tummy yummy
