Fusion pizza

for lunch i used wholemeal tortilla wrap as base to make a pizza.spead with tomato puree mix with hoisin sauce,topped with tomato,bell pepper n teriyaki roast duck breast n mozarella cheese.i love the east meets west fusion .its what marco polo learnt when he went to China n ate beijing roast duck wrapped in pancake qith cucumber n scallion n smeared with sweet bean paste.except japanese flavour roast duck,italian tomato puree ,chinese hoisin sauce,italian cheese n mexican tortilla.sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.im in lunch haven .drink is cold lime juice.cooking at home,i can experiment n innovate ,not same old pineapple ,chirozo etc.
