this morning started on a good note.while exercising outdoors in the park,i saw a cheerful yellow oriole with red beak on the branches of a tree.but it flew away before i could snap a picture.
the park has pretty flowering trees like the orange globe hanging down n yellow ylang ylang flowers.their fragrance is used to make perfume. i did cooling dowwn stretching to prevent injuries.i learnt no short cut after i suffered frozen shoulder n frozen thumb.muscles have to warm up and cool down.
yipee one can buy anything from shopee.my kalimba arrived last week and my ethereal drum which looks like a red lotus arrived this morning.so my tokonoma has a bamboo xylophone from Bali,a recorder,a kalimba n a red tank drum.music is so wonderful therapy for stress n brings peace of mind.if music be the food of love,play
on.just wish jun would play his Suzuki n Hohner diatonic harmonica more often instead of surfing the net
