its past midnite n ive baked 3 batches of mini pumpkin tarts.the recipe is tasty.i mashed pumpkin puree,whisked egg n evaporated milk with monk fruit sweetener(sugar substitute),all spice,cinammom,nutmeg n clove powder w ginger and used frozen tart shells.the aroma of autumn wafted thro kitchen with scent of pumpkin n all spices.i gobbled 3 tarts hot from the oven.so supercreamy n spicy.
