I havent eaten shrimps for months.shrimps whether its the freshwater big head shrimp from tanjung tualang or ocean white shrimps are expensive.i only buy them for festival celebration.also ive tried to avoid crabs n shrimps as my cholestetol level will shoot up.
But they are really delicious n irresistible.when i saw the food court in ss2 selling live tiger prawn in seafood noodles,it was a dream come true as it was affotdable at rm 10 a bowl of noodles with 2 shrimp.i added other clams n oysters and it cost rm 17.it was soooo fresh n tasty and after viewing Sifu Sins video on his shrimp farm in Toishan,i now know
that live shrimp is sweet n crunchy.it needs no heavy sauce.i drank the whole bowl of seafood soup as it was sooo umami.
