I cooked tom yam rice noodles for lunch.used salmon belly trimmings at rm11 a pack,crab stick,fish balls,tomato n herbs.a side fruit salad of local avocado,mango susu n ciku.i also eat salad for dinner.need to detox from overeating with light meals.german potato salad with tuna,crab stick,mixed vege n hard boiled egg.a fruit salad n pu erh tea
