I close windows n switch on fan full blast to sleep on hazy days.at nite i keep getting bad dreams of being drowned in rising water or suffocated by landslides.could lack of ventilation cause restless sleep.
I feel i take precaution not to hike alone after incidents of hikers bodies found on obscure trails in hong kong and malaysia.a foreign hiker in cameron highlands was found dead after he got lost and a boy was caught in a typhoon in hong kong in a countryside hike.the perils of not getting a phone signal in remote areas is real so bad dreams are a warning not to take unnecessary risks.
