Tonite i cooked paella a valencia rice seafood dish.i use the electronic pan.the spice is imported from Spain n uses saffron,not tumeric.smell is lovely,put in cherry tomato,brocolli,local black mussels at rm8,shrimps at rm7 and clams at rm7.i use chinese sausage to replace chirozo.added tomato paste n chicken stock.i use basmati rice to cook paella.basmati herbal rice has low glycaemic index
