Today for big breakfast i had hard boiled egg,steamed walnut bao and a bao in yellow wine,wood fungus chicken cubes.i had the home baked banana muffin and jackfruit n a fresh orange juice as i exercised for an hour in the morning
For lunch i had a salad of jackfruit,green kiwi,cucumber,baby turnip in goma sauce,a barbeque chicken bao n a glass of orange juice.
Dinner i cooked a Poke bowl of brown rice,chicken in barbeque sauce,chopped cucumber,baby turnip n sweet corn drizzled with goma sauce n sprinkle sesame seeds n dried seaweed on it.
After dinner i made sri lanka mango chutney with raisins,chilli,mustard seeds,clove n cardamom in rice vinegar n stevia sugar.i dislike commercial chutney as mango are poor quality.i think i overspiced my chutney.
