Locally caught seafood taste better than frozen catch.i made rice noodles cooked in anchovy broth with fresh clams squid n shrimps.added preserved salted vege n tomato for a sourish tinge.jun adds fresh milk.the fresh seafood is sweet n delicious when cooked for 3 mins in boiling soup.frozen seafood is tasteless.i bought squid in Giant hypermart at rm 36 a kilo.pricey but worth the quality.frozen squid is like eating rubber bands and frozen shrimp is hard not crunchy
