Increase intake of noodles.i cooked spaghetti bolognaise with tomato puree,kampung koh chilli sauce,prawn meatball n mixed vege.
Then i cooked mee mamak an indian muslim stir fried yellow noodles with seafood,choy sum,bean sprouts,tomato n hard taufu.the ready made sauce didnt have any kick so i added chilli sauce n curry powder.sprinkle crushed peanuts for ommph.then i made iced cendol to go with it.
I think with creativity,i may skip eating rice except fot my nasi lemak bteakfast.
