Fusion food
for lunch i cooked japanese mentaiko pasta with teadymade sauce from Daiso.i added more ebiko n greek yoghurt to make it creamy.i added shumeiji mushrooms,crab claw,canned tuna n sprinkled roasted nori and shiso leaves.Shiso leaves were pricy at 80 cents per leaf.
dinner i cooked a vegetarian plant based feast i cooked a soup with peanuts,gingko nuts,carrots,red dates and dried beancurd sticks.then i used mock beef to cook with brocolli in oyster sauce n a sweet n sour gluten puff with pineapple,cucumber n tomato.appetizer is kimchi jun bought from CU.i think plant based diet is quite delicious n protein from nuts n soya bean is enough
