Irresistible food

After viewing Cdrama classical Chinese story of generals,lords n martial arts,i was dying to savour the favourite food of the hero lord Huiyang who loves crab roe rice.i saw some recipes on the internet,bought the ingredients like frozen crab roe,frozen crab meat and shao xing hua tiew wine.At half a month i also stock up on meat.fruit n vegetables.bought a chicken for rm 12.80 from Jaya Grocer.plan to cook steam Chinese herbal chicken and the thighs n wings i fry korean soy garlic chicken.leftover herbal chicken breast i shred it to stir fry with celery and mushroom.i also drove to wet market to buy fresh fruit n vegetables .i got a bargain of 8 Thai mango for rm10,4 Kenya avocado for rm10,a black seedless indian grapes gor rm7 and a few mini honey mandarins from China at rm1 each.Enough supply for 2 weeks of fruit n vegetable.bought leafy spinach,lettuce,bok choy,celery,egg plant n tomato. for lunch i had vegetarian sweet sour pork n curry mixed vegetables at foodies nest in Starling mall.i bring my own water from home to avoid sugary drinks. For dinner i refused to play with kitty n let him scream all he wanted,closed the kitchen door to focus on cooking crab roe rice.stirfried garlic n minced ginger😀,added crab roe n meat,4 cups of maggi chicken stock.nearly ready put cornstarch n 3 beaten eggs.it was superdelicious smooth,fragrant when i added lots of wine. ate with sliced century eggs,breaded scallops and pickled lettuce stems. im gonna workout tomorrow extra time.i saw a new irresistible recipe on youtube the mediterranean crispy eggplant tomato n cheezy rolls like fried popiah but use phyllo pastry to bake them.If i become the guinea pig for new recipes,i will be as fat as a pig.food porn at nite is deadly for my weight control and expanding waistline.How do chefs like Jamie Olivier stay slim?i just saw an old british dessert treacle george a dark treacle cake eaten with custard topping.im gonna buy treacle to make caramel custard so next week mission is set.
