Astral travel

today is the first full moon of the month.i decided to go vegetarian or meat free.I bought red n yellow crysanthemums for the altar.i ate the yam cake,tapioca cake and rice with ketisik wrapped in banana leaves.i never drink coffee but i was reading in the newspaper about a drink called tiger bites lion or ho kar sai .its a mix of coffee and milo n evaporated milk.i asked the kopi tiam old uncle Ho about it and he was from Perak.He was nice and made the special drink for me.it was superfragrant as he used Nescafe.i tasted the chocolate of Milo in one sip and then the bitter fragrance of coffee.really packed a punch and so much oomph. for lunch i cooked a vegetarian spaghetti with mock minced soymeat,mixed vege of peas,carrot n corn,button mushroom,chopped tomato ,onion.i added oregano n italian mixed herbs so damn tasty n jun loved it although meatless The neslo drink gave a caffeine boost so i spent the whole morning cleaning n decluttering the fridge n organizing the spices n herbs in boxes. then drove to the Grocer to buy mock soy mutton and soy roast chicken i cooked dinner of tomato scrambled eggs as i need protein for evening workout of stretches.then i cooked a braised mutton with chinese herbs astralagus root,huang qi,cordycep flowers,star anise ,mushroom stock.minced garlic n ginger,dark soy sauce,caramelised sugar,button mushroom,peanut,carrot n fried gluten.it really looked like mutton pieces n fibrous as they used shitake mushroom stalks mixed with gluten.n soy beans. Jun says he wont mind eating vegetarian twice a week so i need to stock up gluten puffs and dried beancurd sticks. at nite i did full moon puja and short meditation before bed time.i dont know i reached a deep sleep of total relaxation.At around three am,i had an out of the body experience.I time iravelled through time and space and toured an ancient island with my two childhood best friends.Our tour guide was a local Greek or Spanish with tanned complexion.He took us on an Indiana Jones adventure.I love historical places with ancient architecture.He led us through a tunnel in a dark cave and we were stunned when we emerged from the opening.The whole cave was carved with scenes of warriors and gods in armour with spears and mythical beasts fighting with soldiers using swords and shields.it looked like Assyria of Hittite origin.the sculptors worked on grey granite so well the expressions on the faces came alive.the tour guide warned us not to touch the carving as it was monitoed by CCTV.My curious friend touched the face of a statue,activated a loud alarm n the security guard forcibly evicted her on the spot.The guide continued the climb up as water dripped from the roof of the cave onto our faces as we ascended narrow winding stairs and we went to the centre of the cave.wow it was the back of the whole carving and we could see how the sculptures were chiselled bythe craftsmen.i was awed and swooned at the fine artistry of the patience and skill of the craftsmen. Water dripped onto our faces as we climbed deeper into the caves.The smell of the bat dung was awful stench. I marvelled at the reverse of the stone carving and cant imagine how they did it without electric power tools. The loud meowing of pussy jolted me back to earth and his insistence on attention was so demanding that i put some kibbles for him as he ran out of food.bloody cat sleeps in the daytime and wakes up at nite to eat and play.a real vampire cat At 4am he is crying for attention. I think i went astral travelling through time and space.Could it be the effect of caffeine,chinese herbs or meditation.i dont know but im sure this cave exists somewhere in this world waiting for me to enter.in my next life i will be an academic
