AI ,looking to the future

im conscious that binge watching is addictive n may result in brain rot n degenerate to dementia so theres no point in having a healthy body but a sick mind. i viewed Yuval Hararis forum at Tokyo College with two other academics on AI who are social scientists.They raise concerns about issues ive thought of like Is artificial intelligence alien intelligence because although created by human minds,they are capable of machine learning and evolve as they get new data n form new connections. Should the tech companies be liable when algorithms spread false information that results in hatred,discrimination and mass violence against certain groups of people like what Harari used as example on how the algorithms were asked to increase users engagement with the social media platforms and it used it to amplify hate speech against the Rohingya to cause them to be expelled from Myanmar.Harari puts the responsibility on the companies that design the algorithms to be more ethical as the machines are controlled by humans. More dangerous is when humans form intimacy attachments with chatbots and lose ability to communicate with real humans.i mean you see men marrying an avatar or become social recluses as the social scientists forsee us losing social skills to form real relationships. So the social media can entertain me or educate me depending on what i choose to view.I need to go for an information diet as Harari says that if we feed our mind with excesss junk food,the result is a toxic perception of delusions and greed and negativity.
