brunch is wholemeal toast topped with wasabi flavoured seaweed,hard boiled eggs in soya sauce,fruit salad of black gold thai mango n green kiwi and almond milk.for dinner its brown red rice,sambal squid with onion n tomato puree n tamarind which is a malay dish n stir fried bak choy n straw mushrooms.2 meals a day so if hungry snack on fruit.
