Sympathy to scuba diver

My heart goes to the father of 14 yearold scuba diver who was lost at sea,was so exhausted that he gave up.the search n rescue team of Malaysia did a great job rescuing the other 3 scuba divers Now an idea popped up.why dont they design a double layer scuba diving suit so the outer layer automatically inflates and enable the diver to float on the ocean when you pull a tab.the outer layer should have a solar reflective glo in the dark surface so that search teams can easily find the missing diver in the dark at nite.also there should be flaps that condenses droplets of water n collect them as distilled water so at least they wont die of thirst.a waterproof solar powered watch which gives out emergency signals and the GPS coordinates will enable passing ships to locate missing divers. with scientific advancement in technology,humans can survive in outer space,so redesign the diving wet suit for bettet safety
