Pineapple upside down cake

Jun asked me to bake a cake for his gf birthday so i baked an upside down pineapple cake with non gluten flour.it has crushed pineapple,grated carrot,chopped walnuts with all spice,cinammon,nutmeg n vanilla and topped qith pineapple rings and cherries.hope she enjoys her birthday cake.im so tired i will knock out at 9pm.call it an early nite after cooking tom yam shrimp laksa for myself.todays tgif n i guess the young ones will have a good time as the nite is ypung .zzzzzz i,the old one need to rest early as my beauty sleep is bliss.yipee weekend tomorrow is time for fun
