for brunch i cooked a feast.i ate homebaked red yeast rice wholemeal cranberry bread n a portugese egg tart dusted with cinnamom,a micro green salad,cherry tomato n avocado cubes in goma sauce,a fried omega egg and plant based luncheon meat .drank pomegranate cold pressed juice.feel super healthy today.dinner i cooked bittergourd in black bean sauce with fried mackerel,,barramundi grilled in sambal sauce wrapped in banana leaf and plant based luncheon meat fried with beaten egg.
