The sun arises

after not working out for a day,my body feels stiff.poor blood circulation give me leg pins needles when i stand up after sitting for 6 hours n crossing my legs without stretches.my operated on leg felt numb so i self massage it before standing up. being glued to computer screen for long hour give back and leg pain.need to do stretching to warm up.so today the sun is bright n shining.i rushed outdoors to workout in nature.then i went to garden centre to buy some traditional herbs like ulam raja n pegaga or pennywort.both herbs good for detoxifying.im hunting for a herb native in southeast asia,china n india.mom used to grow lots in her garden.its hempadu bumi or bile of the earth.mom said its strong anti viral effect cure sore throat n fever of flu.mom never took antibiotics for flu but dried the herb and made a strong tea to drink.its the most bitter thing on earth so its called chuan xin lian or lotus piercing heart as the bitterness is overwhelming.its bitter like bile. i bought some dtied leaves from chinese medical hall.the young man is ignorant on hetbs and had to ask senior herbalist to identify it.idiot told me its the green shoot inside the lotus seed.the young man should study herbal medicine before he works in tcm.my grandpa and elder sister did research in tcm chinese herbs so i knew he was ignorant.im gonna beg my China tuina master who studied tcm n grows her own hetbs to sell me her plant of hempedu bumi.ineed to check contents of lian hua zheng wen to see if it contains chuan xin lian or i overdose.the other herb could be licorice root or gan cao and long lee leafforcough.mom used to boil the light green long lee leaf with honey dates to relieve coughs.long lee leaf had lighter white spots and my research reveals the pulmonaria or lungwort was traditionally used to treat cough.need to check if golden silver flower or honeysuckle flower can relieve flu symptoms.if i cant get western coughmixture,i will stock up on nin jiom pei pa gao or cap ibu dan anak.the 4 pharmacies all ran out of coughmixture
