Lunch n dinner

for brunch,i had the sweet potato black sesame lemon home baked bread ,wholemeal bread with chicken ham n egg .a dessert of papaya n mango n a glass of green tea.for dinner i cooked thai tom yam laksa with shrimp,kefir lime leaves,lemon grass and chilli.again chinese xiang pian tea. i find nowadays when stalls use foreign workers from myanmar or bangladesh to cook,the food taste terrible n kills my appetite.the spaghetti cooked by myanmar hawker used tomato ketchup n was thin n watery n the minced chicken had soya sauce.yucks.the other day i had boat noodles .the bangladesh cook made tom yam taste of plain vinegar water.it wasnt spicy n the soup tasteless. superyucky.i boil the prawns in shell to make stock with chicken cube n big onions.the chilli paste has kefir lime leaves n birds eye chilli,galanggal ,ginger,and lemon grass n assam paste.i use nam pla or fish sauce.put in cherry tomato n oyster mushroom last.garnish with lime juice n red chilli.
