went this morning to Gua Damai or the Cave of Peace near Batu Caves.its a park for extreme sports like rock climbing,abseiling,caving,ziplining n splunking.it has majestic limestone cliffs n dark caves.they only accept groups of 6 people so i have to persuade some young people to try it.rock climbimg is out the trainer say as i lack upper body strength,strong finger grip and strong knees.that leaves abseiling,ziplining n caving.the place has great natural beauty.
